Rick Berryman

Rick Berryman — himself a former All-Ivy League sprinter — now serves as the primary timer for the Heps Championships for indoor and outdoor track & field.

A timer who understands the League, its coaches and its history has given the coaches assurance at the most anxious times of the year and Berryman — along with his daughter Jamie — have certainly serve that capacity. Based in New Hampshire, not far from his alma mater Dartmouth, he is called to time virtually all of the indoor championships as well as the outdoor events which are within a reasonable distance.

A 1975 graduate of Dartmouth, he finished as high as second in the straight sprints at Heps Championships before graduating with degrees in economics and geography. His day job is serving as the vice president of ROADVision, which focuses on efficient trucking software solutions.

In 1995, he launched Lancer Timing, which covers a wide range of events in the Northeast.
