If you are headed to Greensboro, N.C., for the NCAA East Regional as either a competitor or a spectator, HepsTrack.com has a challenge for you. Send us anything we can share with our readers — thoughts, stories, cell phone photos, videos, whatever you get. The email to send to is linked prominently atop the right menu.
Also, once on site in Greensboro, make sure to take a moment to walk across campus to the Dudley Building. In the circular drive in front of that building is a monument to four former North Carolina A&T students — Ezell A. Blair Jr. (now known as Jibreel Khazan), David Richmond, Joseph McNeil, and Franklin McCain. Nearly 50 years ago (Feb. 1, 1960), those four, while trying to grab lunch at a segregated lunch counter inside Greensboro’s Woolworth’s store, launch a movement.
We expect to learn the final declarations for the NCAAs on Monday while the action takes place on May 29-30.
