The NCAA has released the start lists (lane assignments, heats, flights, advancement protocol) for the East Regional Track & Field Championships in Greensboro, N.C., this weekend and here they are:

The early weather report calls for isolated thunderstorms with a 30 percent chance of rain on Friday. The high is expected to be 80 degrees. On Saturday there are no weather worries. Weather.com is projecting Greensboro to be under partly cloudy skies with a zero percent chance of rain and a high of 83.
