Straight From The Jetway

As Donn Cabral was boarding his plane for his greatest adventure yet, he took a moment to send a message to the Heps Nation.

He will be competing in a 3k in Velletri, Italy, on Saturday followed by a 1,500-meter run in Lignano, Italy, on Tuesday and another 3k in Szczecin, Poland, next Saturday. Clearly, we wish him both safe travels and safe landings in the water pit at the Olympic Stadium in London.
