Some More Coach Talk

Last week Nathan Taylor was busying in London, working with former Cornellian Muhammad Halim and the U.S. Virgin Islands team. Now he’s back to Big Red business and one of his first duties was the hiring of Zeb Lang as his the cross country & track assistant coach starting this fall.

The 2003 Cornell graduate has four years of volunteer coaching experience for the Big Red men.

“I embrace this opportunity to coach the team that has given me so much,” Lang said. “I’m so thankful to Coach Nathan Taylor for giving me this tremendous opportunity and I’m eternally grateful to former coach Robert Johnson and John Kellogg for mentoring me in all aspects of coaching over the past several years.”

Lang — who completed his MBA at Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management a year ago — replaces Johnson, who stepped down to a volunteer role following the season. Click here for the full release.
