Maybe, you and your fellow Brown alums should $tep up your involvement a bit, so all of your coaches are not constanly leaving. But I am very disappointed that Ivy track directors Saretsky and Wood would go after fellow league coaches once an academic year begins. I say…solve your own unexpected asst. coaching vacancies with short-term hires or part-timers until the school year concludes–or raid non-league institutions for permanent hires at your pleasure.
