The NCAA Cross Country Championships — the 75th running for the men and 33rd for the women — will take the stage at the E.P. ‘Tom’ Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky., on Saturday.

And you can stay in touch like it’s football. The Flotrack pre-race show begins at 10:30 am followed by the women’s championship at noon and the men’s race at 1:15 pm. All times are Eastern. Here are the links:

Here are the Heps folks who will be running on Saturday.

Couple of quick things from Friday’s Flotrack preview show. Turns out that Dan Lowry, formerly of Brown now at Michigan, is one of the top picks to be the first American to finish. Flotrack sponsor Saucony sent two athletes to work with Flotrack’s live coverage and both — Dartmouth grad Ben True and Princeton grad Ashley Higginson — are Leaguers. True joked about wanting to see Princeton fail as much as the Big Green wanted to succeed, to which Higginson replied, “Everyone wanted [Princeton] to fail because we were the best.”

Heps’ turf war in Kentucky.
