Running With Shorter

Wow. Fifteen of the 80 Academic All-Ivy selections for the fall were cross country runners, including NCAA runner-up Abbey D’Agostino of Dartmouth.

On the list is Yale senior captain Kevin Lunn, a humanities major from Santa Barbara, Calif. Over the summer, I intended to share a very cool experience that he had with Yale legend Frank Shorter. But somewhere along the line, it got away from me. Seeing his name on the list reminded me of that and here is the link to his story.

And here’s the Academic All-Ivy cross country list:

Heidi Caldwell, Brown (Jr., Hanover, N.H.) — Environmental Studies
Margaret Connelly, Brown (Jr., Chicago, Ill.) — Environmental Studies
