Two-time Heps champion and HepsTrack.com contributing editor Mary Boggs can’t be more trackside than this. At 10:13 am she was among the few people at Gordon Track getting ready for an exciting day for the Heps Nation, near and far.
Here’s the deal, Mary will be tweeting like a happy bird, letting folks know what is happening as it happens. If you need immediate information, you really should follow us — @HepsTrack on Twitter. Of course, on Twitter, you can join in on the reporting. It’s as simple as the hashtag #iHeps. We generally appreciate other perspectives. Keep it clean, this ain’t a Lil Wayne concert.
We will be sending out some updates on Facebook as well. If you have not “liked” us yet, we are starting to take offense. We are kinda insecure that way.
And, of course, you can follow results right here at HepsTrack.com. The start lists linked from both the results — men here and women here — and the schedule will turn to results as soon as the fine folks from Lancer Timing do so. Past experience tells me that you may need to refresh on those pages.
Fun fact: Rick Berryman, the mustachioed leader of Lancer Timing, was an All-Ivy sprinter for the Dartmouth Big Green. He’s a nice guy, but don’t cross his finish line during a race. I’ve seen it happen and it is not pretty.
