While the Cornell men are running wild at Indoor Heps, the Big Red women just had a gutty 1-2-3 finish in the 3,000-meter run to take the team lead by a single point over host Harvard with just three events remaining.

Rachel Sorna was the 3k winner in 9:16.70, ahead of teammates Emily Shearer and Katie Kellner. After 14 events, the Red have 94 points, Harvard 93 and Columbia 80.

In the women’s 200, it was Marvellous Iheukwumere with a victory in 24.46, her second win of the day.
